O General Air Conditioner — cheating customers

This is to inform you that i have very unhappy with the service provided by ogeneral
I have purchased an air conditioner on feb 2018, since then i have been struggling to get the operational issues sorted. I have tried reaching out to both croma & ogeneral representatives however the issue still persists.
Further we have been interacting with mr sachin diwedi from ogeneral from last 3 months and like to express my sincere dissatisfaction with our interaction and services provided by him. There has been multiple visits by ogeneral representatives to examine the issue of ac making sound, despite we were not been provided with the solution.
During the last discussion with mr sachin dixit, it was suggested to change the location of outdoor unit. Further, we requested to change the outdoor unit itself and he assured that he will check and confirm back in a day time. Even after multiple follow up’s with mr sachin dixit, there was no response from him. Finally we heard back from him that there is no solution to the problem and there is nothing he could help in this matter.
