I have a Ogeneral Split AC under warranty and the compressor is not working and my AC does not cool so I have been trying to connect with customer service via emails and calls and everything I get a response that 24 - 48 hours technical will visit but its been 3 weeks no one has turned up and I guess they never will since the product is under warranty and they will not make any money out of it. Its going worse I am looking for a lawyer who can take this up in consumer forum now. Was this information helpful? |
