[Resolved]  O General — breakdown of ogeneral inverter split ac

Sir, I purchased the above ac on 30/10/2013 at E city, Vijayawada. Since then, I have been facing the problem of breakdown of ac while it was running. I have complained three times to e city, vijayawada and the technician is coming and changing one small fuse which is placed at the compressor and when I asked them the reason for frequent breakdown and a permanent solution thereof, they are not at all responding properly and thus causing much inconvenience to me. I purchased it for Rs.58000/-. I, therefore, request you to take up the matter and do justice by a permanent solution.
