Dear Sir/ madam, I bring one thing in your notice, I am regular business customer of O'General but from last four months i am not satisfied from your services. Last time on behalf of my company i have purchased 5 split ac's of O'General for my plant. But your services are very poor & your service engineer not picking our calls and they are not entertaining us. They also told us your problem will be solve shortly but service engineer not attend the problems. I called to concern person many times but they are not came at site. My O'General split ac is not working from past 10 days & i called to concern person, they are saying we are coming but still they not come at our site.
