Dear Sir Our warranty complaint No. GHA[protected] dated 26 May 14 for window O GENERAL Air Conditioner has not been attended on 12 Jun 14. The compressor has been replaced free of cost. But we have been very excessively charged for gas filling I.e Rs. 3395/= and compressor fitment charges Rs. 200/= vide bill No. 332 dated 12 Jun 14 by STAR TECH AIRCONDITIONERS, Sector 27, NOIDA your authorised service centre. Please look into the matter on priority.
