this complaint is regarding your authorised service centre "R.L. AIR-CONDITIONERS" . how can a company of such repute authorise these goons as their service personnel? they have an inefficient staff and engineers. these people have completely wasted my perfectly working o general window a\c. the engineers who came to service it where highly incompetent in their work god knows what they did that there was a short circuit in the a\c wires and the pcp part of the a\c concked off. and after much complaints 2 engineers came to check it and took the pcp with them saying it'll be repaired in a day or two but even after 2 weeks there was no response from these people. so after constant complaining for 3 weeks finally came the pcp and my a\c was installed but after installation they claimed theres no gas in it therefore there was no cooling from the a\c.. and now when a month has passed my a\c is still lying on the floor not repaired..now these people from R.L AIR COINDITIONERS tell me to call the customer care of O GENERAL A\C company as they no longer cover my area under their services..
what kind of service is this? i fail to understand. where an authorised service centre hires inefficient and incompetent staff and refuses to stand for their actions. because they would have to provide repairs of my a\c on their cost since their engineers spoilt it they have turned their backs after a month of trouble.
