[Resolved]  Ocean Research Company, Indore — Fraudulent Stock Advisory compnay, After paying Subscription of Rs.15000/-, not providing services nor picking the phone.

The following message sent on email : [protected]@gmail.com dated: 13th Oct'14 My Self Jagadanand Patel, I would like to inform you that Stock advisory Service from the Ocean research company was bought after paying Rs. 15000/ through your company portal. your's employee Saket Sharma (Mobile # [protected], [protected]) was dealing with me and given me some trial stock call after that he told me to Pay Rs.15000/ as subscription charge through ocean company online portal and promised to generated net profit of Rs.150000/(one Lakh Fifty Thousands) within a month and after achieving the promised net profit next subscription would be required. He committed me that after subscription, I will get document from the company as per the commitment and stock advisory SMS also will be provided on registered my mobile and thereafter phone call coordination for buy/sale also will be provided. Now, He is not picking the phone nor reverting of my SMS and now he has put my number in his reject list. On 9th Oct'14, I spoke with investor relation person Ashish on Mobile:[protected] as detail provided in the contact of the company portal but I could not get any satisfactory Support. Today also, I tried number of times to reach these people but they did not pick up the calls. For your reference, invoice is already in the trail mail Please look into this on urgent basis and revert to me by today or latest by tomorrow else I will consider it Fraudulent against me and would be compelled to take the legal support very shortly. I have already started talking with my Lawyer and will file the court case against the company and Saket Shrama, Ashish(Investor Relation).
