Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ditched at last minute | |||
I booked a cab from my residence to charbagh railway station Lucknow on 10/12/2016 at 11:17AM with reference number CRN[protected] for my journey on 11/12/2016 at 3:45AM..got a message from Ola at 2:45AM that will get cab no and drive details 15 minutes before departure at 3:41am got message that cab no UP32GN0812 is on the way but at last minute they cancelled my booking This gives me a mental stress and shows the unprofessional behavior of the company...If my complaint not given consideration I will surely look for other options to get guilty punished Was this information helpful? | |||
