[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Driver took the cash and money deducted from ola money | |||
Hi, I boarded the cab on 26 Jan 2017 from Pune Railway Station to Wakad. the Driver asked me to pay cash and said he will raise a request for refund. As I was alone at 6 am in the morning I paid the cash and waited for the refund. Today I called CC and they said it is between customer and driver Ola does not take any responsibility.driver name uday patil phn no.[protected]. I spoke with the driver but now he is not lifting the call and Ola says they cant contact driver. Highly irresponsible Ola. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 31, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Ola resolved the issue and I got my refund. A very big thanks to Ola Team for resolving the issue. | |||
