I booked an ola cab online on 15/09/2017 from haridwar railway station to yoga gram haridwar. The estimated fare shown was rs322/ to rs337/ the cab no. Was uk08ta1529 driven by mr narender. I told him the uv code 5119 and the journey started. Instead of director rout through bhel he took a long route. Reaching yoga gram i was shocked when he asked for rs894/ which i had to pay to avoid any confrontation. Kindly refund the excess amount thus fraudulent charged.
