Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola driver took cash as well as deducted money from OLA Money and Ola denied to refund

I used Ola for my father and after reaching the destination driver took the cash as well as deducted from my Ola money. When I raised the complaint to OLA they are in turn sending me an regret email and stating that refund cannot be initiated since the driver is denying he took money.Is it that a customer who has been using this service since long will be laying regarding this? And if always driver is to be believed then why the option provided to customers to flag the same.

This is with regard to the booking CRN[protected]. We are sorry to know that cash was paid and your Ola money was also debited.

I request you to check the notification in the application before making the payment to avoid such instances in the future and please do not pay any additional cash if you have sufficient Ola money to pay for the invoice. Kindly inform to the person who is travelling about the payment. We regret to inform you that we cannot process the refund from our end.
