Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola driver took cash as well as deducted money from OLA Money and Ola denied to refund | |||||
I used Ola for my father and after reaching the destination driver took the cash as well as deducted from my Ola money. When I raised the complaint to OLA they are in turn sending me an regret email and stating that refund cannot be initiated since the driver is denying he took money.Is it that a customer who has been using this service since long will be laying regarding this? And if always driver is to be believed then why the option provided to customers to flag the same. Below is the reply I get from OLA. Your request (Ticket[protected] has been resolved.
