Your services are degrading day by day, i was using ola frequently due to its regionable rates and fair services, but from now onwards i will not use any ride by ola, because its rates increases in usual office timings. Today i have charged rps.195 from noida sector 27 to noida sec 125, but usually charge was 80, 90, max 110, why you are fooling your customers, Even i am using ola shuttle daily to travel, now i lost faith in this ola, i want my 95 ola money back which was deducted today, if you will not give back to me, i will not use your rides, even nobody in my family also.
