My wife along with my mother booked a cab on 16/08/2017 around 10am to go to hospital. Crn no is[protected]. The driver stopped midway and said the cab will not go to the location fixed. He abandoned the customer midway and fled the spot. Lots of inconvenience experienced due to this conduct of the driver. I want refund of the money charged and request to remove such drivers so that no harassment is caused to any of the customers in future.
