Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola drivers taking the booking and cancelling it at the last moment | |
Ola cabs are really troubling people nowadays. They are taking the bookings and don't arrive. Once you book 1st they will ask where to go.. After listening to the destination they cancel it immediately. I asked one ola driver why do they do so. They said ola company pays according to the no of trips done per day.. So they prefer only short trips and as per their wish. So ola company can u guess how u put trouble to the customer. A person prebooking for railway station or airport or anywhere urgently how he must be facing the problem. Please come out with a solution for public. One of my friend once booked the cab didn't come and at the last moment he couldn't get any more cabs and by the time he reached station train had left and he missed it. He had lost money for train tickets and his urgent official meeting too. So please someone solve all these kinds of problems. And knowing these people also surge the rate. We will be seeing cabs will be more but they make it surge. Atleast govt try to solve this or cancel the ola licence for harassing the public. Was this information helpful? | |

I could not pre book and i rang Rushi who said would book the taxi for me to go to the airport as i could not prebiok from my app. The taxi did not arrive and had to rush to the airport in a rickshaw from mansarover hotel in maninager ahmedabad. We really had to rush to the airport hense we would have missed our flight.
