Ola Cabs — Cab didn't come | |||||
I have booked ola cab for a trip to railway station at 11.30 am on 16 May 2016(CRN[protected]. The booking is made four days before the ride. On 16 May 10.30 am I got a message that the ride is scheduled and the driver details will be shared via SMS in 15 mins. At 11.25 am we received a message that they could not find a cab on time. It was a horrible situation that I could not manage because I am receiving the message just 5 mins before the scheduled time. I have faced lot of touble to reach the railway station on time.
