Ola Cabs — Cab driver didn't turn up | |||||
I had booked a ola cab for travel from Chandigarh railway station. I was assigned a driver and given cab number. I even received a message that the driver has reached. But when I tried to contact him, he was evasive and did not pick me up. Frustrated, I had to make alternate arrangements to travel. Later I received a regret message and promise to send another cab but it was too late. Bad experience Was this information helpful? | |||||

The driver has misbehavior with the person who were going to boared in the cab. And didn't pick the person. He waited for half hour for new cab.
