Ola Cabs — Double amount deduction

Hello Sir/Madam, I booked a cab through my account for a friend on 20th May 2015 from Electronic City to the airport. My friend informed the driver not to cut from the ola money and gave him the complete amount of Rs.1127 in cash. I see that despite of the request from my friend there was money deduction of Rs. 1000 from my ola money account. Could you kindly please revert the Rs.1000 back into my account? As the driver is being paid double the bill. The invoice number is CRN84311031. Hope for a fair deal. Your regular customer, Shweta
