Ola Cabs — Drivers taking double routes

I booked ola cab from Pune airport to Magarpatta city on 23rd June, 2015. My friend booked it from mobile ([protected]) for me. Due to huge traffic jam, I reached destination late. On seeing the invoice, I was shocked to see the distance taken between Pune airport and Magarpatta city as 23.27 Km. I travelled from Uber other day from Magarpatta city to Pune airport and paid only Rs 156 for 11 kms. It is very disappointing from Ola Cabs that they are encouraging drivers to take longer double routes to charge more. It is very dirty tactic from the company and is not at all expected. Due to longer route, I reached late, had to pay more and lot of inconvenience was caused. Please look into the matter seriously and I want full refund for problems caused. I booked Ola to save time but it was completely unexpected behaviour. I am attaching invoice with the mail. I paid Rs 630 as cash and 200 was deducted from my friend's Ola money.
