Ola Cabs — Fooling customers with vague communication

OLA CABS has come out with an offer yesterday. The SMS received by me on my mobile reads as thus:- "Ola! Recharge Ola Money for Rs.999 & get Rs.1500! Apply PROMO CODE :SELECT999 when you recharge to earn additional Rs.501 FREE. Valid till tomo, Sept 3. TCA" I recharged my account with OLA Money with Rs.999 and got extra Rs.501 on the first occasion. However on the second occasion, though the PROMOCODE got applied, the extra Rs.501 were not transferred to my account (Transaction ID:[protected] On writing to the OLA customer support service, they responded back saying that the offer is vaild for only 1 recharge and money once paid to them cannot be refunded back. I am stunned by this response of OLA, as the SMS did not mention that the offer is valid for only 1 recharge. OLA is fooling loyal customers by giving inadequate information on their offers.
