I have booked cab (booking no CRN[protected] on 07/03/2015 at 5 am from Taramani to Central railway station. Driver called me around 4.30 and told that he is at central station the pick up point is for away from his location. therefore he cancelled the booking and told that people from ola will call me within 10 minutes. But no one called me. I called the customer care and they told me that right now cab is not available in my location and said sorry! We have missed our train and faced lot of mental agon
