Ola Cabs — no response from support team | |||
When ever I try to book a cab on the Ola app it says the server is busy or either the server cannot be reached and when I call the callcenter to book a cab they say they are pre booked for the rest of the day and we have to book only from the app . when i inform them about the app not working they say I should send a mail to their support team . Iv srnt 3 mails so far with screen shots of the problem I face and still havent heared from them .. What is the use of them having an app and a callcenter that works 24 hours when they are always pre booked .And when ever I ask a rep at the callcenter to talk to a supervisor they either say there is no super visor or they put me on hold for long time and dont respond . pathetic customer support from ola. They make you put Ola money in the ola account but dont have a cab to provide . Was this information helpful? | |||
