Ola Cabs — Ola money and the driver | |||||
On 16-Apr-2016 09:44 am, I booked a Ola mini and traveled from Saligramam to Triplicane. After reaching there, driver Manikandan informed me that the charge is Rs.184. I paid in cash to him. My mobile was on low battery. After the my customs at my destination, I charged my mobile. I got message that the amount Rs.184 had been paid from my Ola money account. After reaching back my home, I have given rating as 1 star and explained the incident and requested Ola to return the money to my Ola money account. Till now I did not get the money. Since there is no way lodge a complaint in Ola mobile application, I am lodging it through website. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to return the money to my Ola money account.
