Ola Cabs — Ola money - drivers denying duty | |||
I have had 4 very worst experiences with ola, 2 of them are relating to ola money. 1. I had to travel to jp nagar from mg road in bangalore, the driver denied duty and no explanation was given to me by ola 2. I had to travel to another location in chennai. The driver's phone conked and when we contacted ola call center i was asked to pay by cash despite having enough balance in ola money. This sounded utterly ridiculous 3. Driver denied duty since he had to travel inside the mall and pick me up. While 100s of cab drivers (A lot from ola) don't have an issue travelling inside the mall and picking customers up, why is this driver denying? I am anyways going to pay for any extra km 4. I have had atleast 2 drivers denying duty just because i was paying by ola money. Why are the drivers really bothered how i am paying the money? What is the trouble between the drivers and ola that i am not able to pay by ola money? This is such an unpleasant experience for me. I am planning to exhaust my ola money (God knows if can use it all since almost all the drivers are denying duty if i am paying by ola money) and i am going to unistall the app for good and never going to install it again. There are umpteen number of cab service providers in the city who can provide a better service. Was this information helpful? | |||

My had booked a taxi and she got message 2.7 surcharges, as we are new to ola service we had no clue about it also the message you sent does no specify clearly what exactly 2. 7 charges we really felt we were cheated I am planning to approach the consumer court because your messages are not clear and user friendly
