Ola Cabs — Unethical behaviour and unclear confirmation of cabs | |||||
I booked a Cab on the 22nd of May 2016 to pick my mother up from Ahmedabad Railway Station the next day, i.e., 23rd of May 2016 at 10:45am. As stated by Ola during booking, the driver details shall be updated 15 minutes prior to the pick up time. I received the driver details as per their statement but when I contacted the driver the person straight away denied to have got any request from Ola to answer my request! Ola again sent me an sms of another driver but the same person picked up my call, his name is Ajay, and again denied my OLA request even though Ola confirmed the driver details to me. Due to OLA's unprofessional service, we had to face lot of problems. Their service is not good and very unprofessional. They commit to things which they cannot fulfill. Therefor I would like to raise a complain against OLA for unnecessarily confirming a fake booking and harassing me.
