Ola Cabs — Unethical cancellation of booked cab | |||||
I booked a cab on 22 November 2015 at 18:38 with CRN[protected] for 23 Nov, 6:25AM pickup from my residence. I was supposed to drop my sister at railway station and her train was at 7:00AM from chandigarh railway station. At first there was no communication from ola regarding details of cab till 6:30AM.Then I called at their customer care number then they told cab will arrive in 10 minutes and I recieved an sms regarding cab details but when I called the cab driver he said your cab is cancelled.After i disconnected his call I recieved an sms from ola regarding cancellation of my cab. Then I arranged another cab but by the time it arrived it was 7:AM and my sister could not board her train and she was supposed to attend a urgent business meeting. If they cannot provide the cab on booked time then they should not take the bookings in advance as who has booked the cab relay on them and his planning suffers due to their irresponsible way of business,

Failed to pick up
Booking ref. Crn[protected]Driver has not turned up even after several calls. He picked up first time and then stopped picking. It was rediculous as i had to rush to catch the flight. Why you are using such irresponsible drivers.
