Dear Sir, I have taken a cab from Vadapalani to Adyar last night. The Trip details are CRN 89675599. Dear Sir, I have sent this mail on 6th Jun 2015 and I got a repose on 11 Jun 2015 that they wii do the needful But there is no response till date and also There is no escalation mail id or contact details. I have lunched another complaint two booing done on the same date same time and amount is taken from both. where I have used only one. I have not used it. Request you to do the needful and return the money for which I have not used and Take action for the duplicate.
