Ola Money — Ola harassing customer for payment of already paid ride

I Had taken a trip through OLA Cab service on 11th May 2023.
At the end of the ride, the driver requested me to pay thorough google pay and as I was in a hurry, I did not argue with the driver and paid the amount showed to him on the app - Rs 163 on google pay.
Later I got notifications on the Ola app that the money has also been deducted from Ola money.
I raised cases with OLA directly - and they resolved the case, without resolution saying that I have to pay the money again.
I have henceforth tried to talk to Ola, send emails with the screenshot of the payment to the driver and yet Ola money says that because of their "system" this payment should be made again.

They should check with their driver and ask their drivers to not request for direct gpay payments and harass the customer, while Ola should understand and made these adjustments rather than harassing the customer on a daily basis.
