Ola Money — Ola Money deducted in spite of cash payment | |||||
I have taken a ride in Ola cab on October 7th from Panathur Bangalore to Bangalore Airport, which costs around 1100 INR. I had 2000 INR in my Ola money account. The driver asked me to pay cash so I payed him the amount in cash. I observed later that same amount has been deducted from my Ola money account without any notification. When I raised a complaint they admitted that there has been double payment, but to my surprise they told me that they can't refund in this case. I usually don't use app cabs but in this case I feel like being robbed. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Happened to me too yesterday. They even refused to talk to driver to re-imburse the money. Ola is a bunch of cheaters, such apathy for customers .
