[Resolved] Ola Money — ola money fraud transaction worth rupees 24939

My father is a victim to fraudulent of one transaction of of rs. 24939/- once on 27 - may - 2018 from my father's account using debit card 4592xxxxxxxx5819. The person asked to provide the otp otherwise amount in account will be forfeited. The transaction details are in attached image

Please block the ola money account used to make a fraud and refund the amount to my father's account from where amount was debited...

We are sorry to know that, there was an unauthorized transaction from your account.

Please share the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the Card number from which the transaction was processed, so that we can identify the wallet of disputed transaction and block it from our end immediately.

Further, we request you to contact the cyber crime department or the concerned bank immediately and lodge a complaint. Please request them to forward the below details from their official e-mail ID to [protected]@olamoney.com / [protected]@olacabs.com / [protected]@olacabs.com.

Once we are in receipt of the complaint from the authorities, all the required details would be shared for the investigation purposes.
