I paid full amount to driver as he told me it was showing cash option in his app. Now OLA money is showing outstanding amount against me.
I came to known about this on 11 Jan 2022; when I received bill from OLA
I spoke to driver (Mobile no [protected]) on 11 Jan 22 and agreed that he has collected cash from me.
I raised complaint to OLA. They just closed the request stating it is logged beyond time frame.
Its seems there is fault ti OLA system and they are charging it to customer.
Please cancel the outstanding amount aginst me.
