The seller then sent a completely worn out and old part and tried to fix the washing machine. The amount of money i paid for the washing machine is not worth the product i have received. Why are such frauds being entertained by OLX?? I want my money returned and the product taken back. I am also going to register a complaint with cybercrime for this. The address on the bill is a fake address. The seller did not answer the calls when called about the return. The first 4 photos are the images shared by seller, saying this is the product I will receive. The next 2 photos are the actual product. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Two of my email id s have been banned and I do not know why . What is the method to unban my account. It is difficult to create new email ids when I want to deal with OLX. Absurd !!!

Hello Sir,
This email is to bring to your notice the fraud activities conducted online by Unique Electronics aka Unique Enterprises. I have shared the links of the products listed by the Fraudulent party below. I have also attached the copy of the bill where incorrect address is mentioned.

They on Friday 24th July 2016 delivered a Samsung Washing Machine which was faulty. They promised to send a technician and the technician visited on Saturday who took a part of the Washing machine and never returned. We have been trying to contact the seller ever since and they are not answering the phone.
My husband went to the address provided on the bill and that site has been closed since 2 years as per the neighboring shops. We also spoke to a service provider who works with the sellers who has admitted to selling faulty products.
The name of the seller is Syed Salman, Salman Syed, Saqlain etc. The following is the contact numbers:
