I have no longer using the olymp trade account and in no longer need of their services but my account has not been blocked even after giving the email for same with account I'd. Even chat bot no longer has the contact specialist option. I am receiving mail that i would be charged 10USD which i don't want to be and i have followed the procedure of closing the account but have recieved a good response from the team...

I raised withdrawal request on 10-April-2023, the status is processing till today. Connected with Olymp Trade support team, they saying forwarded you request to finance team, they are still investigating the request. No update till today 30-April-2023...
