On Dot Courier — Not delivering items to the address

The courier is supposed to deliver items at my door.The item has reached to its office on 25th january.It has not contacted me yet. When i called today he asked me to come and take my item.When the item was booked it accepted for door service.Track id is[protected]. Its contact number is [protected].Please take some urgent and necessary steps as it is denying from its services.
