On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — Not received the parcel | |||||
I have sent the courier dated on 29/7/2016 from shimla to Jamshedpur. but still the courier has not been received even I tried to confirm to customer care no. but nobody responding well. I am the regular customer of On dot courier and it is the first time that it has been one month approx and my courier has not been reached at the place. It is the worst experience that i am trying to contact but nobody responding and even not picking the call. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.
