On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — Paying extra money

Address:Jeen healthcare, Tirupati complex, bajaj road

I sent a parcel from docket [protected], for delivery of which TK Mishra mobile no[protected] gave delivery by taking 800 ₹ extra in his bank account. I paid this amount through Googlepay, while I had already paid Rs.210 in advance.
Should I take legal action? I am associated with your courier service since 15 years.
I am under a lot of mental stress.
