Hi, Very bad service on contact number provided, I am trying to know the status of one consignment sent from ON-DOT courier service however Experienced very bad service. 1) Delhi Customer Care says call another number 2) another number person says I am looking for gurgoan location. Your location contact number is something else. 3) Something else number phone is switched Off. 4) Changed Number, there is no response for my phone call. Please look into this.
