[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers — Courier consignments not delivered even after 9 days

Dear Concern Person, I had couriered two enveloped (containing RAKHI) to Ahemedabad and Mathura thru On Dot Courier from Gurgaon. The details of both the consignments are as: First Consignments: AWB no.[protected] Date : 01/08/2014 Destination - Ahemedabad Second Consignments: AWB no.[protected] Date : 01/08/2014 Destination - Mathura I am following up with On Dot couriers from last 3-4 days bit no one is giving the information about the consignments. I had sent the Rakhi almost 10 days before the festival date but the courier company has spoiled the taste of festival. I request you to look into this matter.
