Sir, Ref: DOC No.[protected] dated 20.10.2014 A parcel by Air was booked on 20.10.2014 by Roopak Pik & Pay from koral Bagh New Delhi to Rajesh new No. 41 Old no. 21/1 Venkat Narryan Road T.Nagar Chennai-600 017 The parcel was booked 20.10.2014 but finally reached me only on 19.11.2014, it was booked by Air but still it took one month to receive the parcel that to it was damaged and i was forced to take damage delivery because it was had over to me only after making the payment I had send registered post and mail to your company but there is no responses Regards Rajesh
