On Dot Couriers — Worst courier service

My parcel hasn't reached shimla from nahan after six days even. These guys could not cover a six hour distance in six days and their employees are so irresponsible, they are telling me to call aand find online and blah blah. I don't understand what are they for. This courier service is going to go to hell if they continue troubling customers like this. Never trust these guys
