[Resolved]  One Assist — one assist membership for debit and credit card protection

Few years ago one hdfc customer service executive advised me for one assist membership to protect my debit and credit cards. Since then the membership fees are being auto debited from my credit card.
This one assist membership is no longer required by me.
I talked to the customer care (Both one assist and hdfc credit card division) for deactivation and cancellation of the membership. But they were reluctant to cancel my membership.
I request you to do the needful for deactivation and cancellation of one assist membership at the earliest.
