Sir, I purchased on online mi 30000 mah power bank model number Pb3018zm on dt 28 January 2024 with ₹2749, order number
12749 sir. But I received on 8th February 2024 the order. And I opened the box wrong product that is ubon 20000mah power bank. This is worthless and nit support to my tab . I sended return request and refund my money on their app and email. But they are not replayed. And also not refunded my money. Sir kindly take an action on this company and support to refunded my money.
