[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Terms and condition at the time of insured is not in my favour at the time of claim. | |||||
I was claim for my Damaged Xiaomi mi note 3 grey 32GB-3GB RAM mobile to "OneAssist Consumer Solutions" . But, According to terms and condition at the time of insured one of the agent denied for terms and conditions, which is the give me temporary handset for 7 days for temporary use. and If, They do not give me Temporary handset and Infact, agent denied to give in written by Authorised Signatory to return my damaged mobile in given days. and Now, atlast I am asking to Refund my amount atleast but one of their agent denied for refund my amount .He Said that after Pickup positioning of mobile, OneAssist Consumer Solutions can't refund amount for insurance.
