Onida — AC not working neither showing any interest in complain

i have filed a complaint on 1-04-15 as my AC was not working. my complaint no is 1504B[protected]. i filed my complain again on 7-04-15 and called them hundreds of times but every time they gave silly reasons and promised for the service soon but now they are neither solving the problem nor picking the phone. its been 15 days they are nor responding.the worst service i have ever experienced.
