Onida — Air Conditioner | |||||
I bought an Onida Air conditioner from Bismi Home Appliances Kalamassey on 09 October 2014. During installation the boy who came to install it cut and took the copper cable and only half a meter is left for me. I informed bismi and onida but no action was taken. 3 months ago my AC became complaint. I informed Bismi Home Appliances and also Onida. But they only came to check only after one month. After that they again took another month to give me a revert and then now they are saying i should pay Rs 3000 for repairing because there is no guaranty for some parts.
