To, The manager, ONIDA company SUBJET: COMPLAIN AGAINST THE SERVICE ISSUE. Dear sir, This is to inform you that i have bought an ONIDA AC on 29/07/2011 from M/s Baranwal electronics Mirzapur, U.P, and after only 8 months the blower of the AC has been damaged, i have complained a lot time for the damaged part but no responses are coming from them and the part is not available in the whoe U.P they all are only giving the Excuses of not having that part. It has become very very bad impact of the ONIDA company on us and in the future no one is going to buy any damm product of the ONIDA company it is very shamefull for the company services that the parts only are not available any where, and the service centers, and complaints are not having any value of it. So sir i reqest you to please take some neccesary action against it. To retain your customer for the future.
