Onida — Complain of my onida ac 1.5 ton split ac

To the admin sir i have many times call on onida customer care ) and registerd complaint of my onida 1.5 ton split ac sir my ac is not working well. I m writing some of my complaint numbers below then plz tell me what can i do . Can i go to consumer court my ac not working last 1 weak but no body can take any action im also complain dealrs but not takein mycomplain pls take action other wise im do complan your head office
