Onida — complaint against onida ac service

I purchased onida ac 1.5 T in 2011 and now having problem in the compressor . As warranty of compressor is 5 ye I called onida customer care to repair the same. Their technician came twice opened the ac and went back without doing anything . On several calls and reminders now the customer care is saying that your complaint has been cancelled as your ac was opened by some outside technician before our technician came hence company warranty is lapsed. So now they are not considering the ac in warranty and will charge for visit and repair if they repair it. So I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the same as ac is in warranty and it should be repaired for free or else they should replace the ac.
