Hi, Have purchased an SPLIT AC ONIDA 18SPDN3 on 31st March 2014. Immediately after installing the AC within one month i found the AC was not providing cooling. I visited Several times from i purchased the AC he told that he would ask engineer to visit but even after the whole month the guy didnt turned up. Finally after rigirous followup a guy came attended the complaints and told that the part is faulty and he would come and replace the same next day. But there was no sign of the person for next 15 days and later it was informed that there is no stock of the spears part. After replacement same days the AC worked correctly but again the same issue month on month. And what the best part is that after raising an docket at the Call Centre these dockets are closed without any cross verification with the customer whether issue resolved. Every time the docket is closed without resolving the issue. Below are the complaints which are registered. I have not even used the AC for more than 200 hours in last 1 years.
