[Resolved] Onida — Faulty sound card | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased ONIDA LED model no LEO50FRZ400 on[protected], since last one month there had been a problem with the sound of the LED and we have not been able to watch TV at all. The complaint number [protected] was lodged on 28th August 2014 and after several reminders your technician visited on 1st Sept 2014 to inform that the sound card is defective and needs to be replaced. We were told by the supervisor that it will take still 1 week more atleast to get the same rectified. May I request your goodself to advise the immediate resolution of the problem.
