Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have raised the compliant at Onida customer regarding the my split AC (2ton) dt. 11/07/14 vide complaint number [protected]. Technician was visited my home on dt. 15/07/14 and informed us, will visit again with part to be change i.e. outdoor PCB unit. But on one turned -up till 24/08/14. In this period I called-up number of time to customer care & Ghaziabad service center but no positive response from ONIDA side even called-up the branch head i.e. Mr. Rajesh / Mr. Sunil on his cell number but no response.
on 25/08/14 I called up again on customer care & surprising to know my complaint number[protected] is closed without resolved my AC problem and force me to re-register the complaint again.
Again raised the complaint on dt. 25/08/14 vide compliant number 81126. AC technician visited again on my address on dt. 26/08/14 without parts (i.e. PCB unit) & informed us to speak to Mr. Sunil number i.e. [protected] or land line[protected] to arrange the part once part will arranged AC will repair. I called both the numbers at least 50times but no response. Mr. Sunil picked once 27/08/14 at 3.15PM & disconnect the call by saying "I am busy somewhere you can call later" after that he did not picked-up the phone.
Even I called-up Onida Customer care Delhi number dt.27/8/14 at 11.15AM (approx.), but did not get any solution b'coz your agent having goods excuse by saying "call will escalate to senior & someone will call you back in 10min time" but on one turned-up till now.
I would like to know the reason to such casual behavior toward the customer of ONIDA's official i.e. r. Mr. Sunil & Mr. Rajesh & what kind of customer service setup Onida have. B'coz I have very worst experience with ONIDA & not going to recommend to any body to purchase any Onida product.
I would request the Onida senior official to take administrative action against the technician (who closed my complaint), Mr. Sunil & Mr. Rajesh, b'coz they have harass me like anything & give me mantel stress and AC problem is not resolved, AC is down close to two months, resultant my family force to bear such hot temp.
